How do I return an item?

We do not accept returns on merchandise.
 If an item is received and it is broken, you must contact us within
2 business days of receiving the item.
You must provide pictures of the damaged item and shipping box for insurance purposes.
Once you have provided pictures we will determine if damaged items must be returned to us.
Once all requirements have been met, we will send your new item out.
Replacements will be shipped out UPS Ground, we do NOT overnight replacement parts.
If you would like a refund for the damaged item, we will gladly refund your money,
MINUS shipping charges.
